Cocktail suggestions

White Lady

25ml Rhubarb and Vanilla Gin, 25ml Limoncello, 1 tbsp syrup, egg white.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Add egg white foam. Garnish with a shaving of rhubarb.
