Atlantic Pudding Cocktail
25ml Pudding Gin, 2 tsp Ring of Fire Gin, dash of bitters, squeeze of lime, top with ginger ale.
Torch a cinnamon quill and set glass over the top, leave for 2 minutes, remove glass and fill with ice. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and strain into smoked glass with ice. Serve with a wedge of lime and the torched cinnamon quill.
