25ml Gooseberry & Elderflower Gin, 25ml lemon sake (or Limoncello), 1 tbsp Cassis, 1 tbsp Apricot Brandy
Add all ingredients to a jug and stir gently. Serve in chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated apricot.
